Recent exchanges in the workplace have made me feel the need to enlighten some people. There is nothing wrong with being self assured. For those of you who have grown up hating the cocky people in this world, that is rude. They are still just people who aren't quite self aware enough to see how they come off to others.
Do them a favor.... Inform them.
